Centrally located next to the AO Arena, the room was spacious and impeccably clean, complete with a large shower and comfortable beds. The staff stood out with their friendliness. Leah at breakfast. The complementary water and the presence of an iron were appreciated touches that enhanced our stay.

The location was great - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Manchester airport was hardly 24 minutes away by car. The staff was nice, helped us a lot. We booked immaculate a double room here with excellent facilities and a great view, as example.
